We invite you to a unique day retreat for peace, balance and surrender, in the centre of Budapest. Let yourself be guided through a whole day of slower and deeper-based yoga practices and see how and where that takes you. Whether you are looking to de-stress, develop your yoga journey or are new to yoga, these practices hold jewels for everyone.

This is an event for inviting your mind, body and spirit to unravel tension, create space and find peace. Led by London-based senior Yoga Teacher Divya who holds advanced training qualifications in Restorative and Yin Yoga and has 20 years' experience of using yoga as an effective means of finding balance in life and a tool for peace.

What you can expect during this day retreat:
• Grounding Meditation and Introduction to Yin Yoga: based on the Tao philosophy of Life as Yin and Yang, Yin Yoga helps us find calm and surrender through floor-based postures held for minutes at a time. Also great for releasing deep held physical tension and toxins from within the body
• 2 hour Yin Yoga Practice and Guided Relaxation
• Balancing Through Breath Technique and Introduction to Restorative Yoga: a deeply nurturing and healing practice that uses props, the earth and gravity to support the body. The aim of Restorative yoga is to create a feeling of safety and contentment in the body and through the breath, which in turn lets the mind quieten and eases the spirit.
• 2 hour Restorative Yoga Practice
• Mindfulness Meditation and time for questions and answers
• Tea and sattvic (pure) biscuits by Miss Sweetspirit to nurture your body

10:30-13h and 14:30-17h on Saturday, 7 April. With a lunch break (meal self-catered)
