MOVE TO CONNECT: yoga and acroyoga retreat
20-23 October 2018, Dömös, Hungary
Join us for four days of movement, stillness, and connection at a charming mill house in the woods of central Hungary.
Take this time to explore the power within to equip you for the changing seasons. Take time to play with others and find a mutual balance, to hike amazing paths and immerse in the colors of autumn.
Pamper, refresh and rejuvenate in the sauna, nurture yourself with tasty, fresh foods, and be guided by Eva and Eszter, AcroYoga Montreal-certified instructors.
Join us for this autumn retreat and LET’S MOVE TO CONNECT!
When we explore movement in partnership, the point of balance is always somewhere in between the two. To find and maintain this, we need to stay present, find our own center first and see how that can meet someone else’s.
During this retreat, we will start with connecting to ourselves through yoga and meditation, then play with connections to others through acroyoga and guided Thai yoga massage sessions. Continuing in the tradition of AcroYoga Montreal, we will focus on creativity, playful flows, controlled movements and an attitude that emphasizes compassionate communication.
Acroyoga is a multidisciplinary practice that combines acrobatics, yoga, improvisation, dance, and healing arts. It is all about trust, balance, and communication. You not only learn how to support each other as partners but also how to let go; breaking down barriers and learning what it is that supports you. To enjoy this retreat, you don’t have to be an expert at acroyoga but it will support your practice if you do any kind of movement form and if you are open and willing.

Eva and Eszter met in Tuscany on their AcroYoga Montreal teacher training and decided to combine their skills and visions on movement and connection. Together they will lead you into yourself and to connect with others while enjoying an amazing location that feels like home.
Eva Brovinsky came to acroyoga via the path of Thai massage and through it learned to trust, open, fall, express what she needs and accept the needs of others. She is also a YogaSlackers and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. In Slovenia she founded Leteča joga, a community in which she shares her knowledge, skills and invites others to collaborate. Eszter Farkas arrived at acroyoga through yoga and healing arts; for her, there is no better way to get fully present at the moment than by lifting into the air with the help of another human being and maintaining a common balance. She is also a certified vinyasa yoga teacher and Thai massage practitioner, practices that she is passionate about sharing. More: http://soundlightyoga.com/
