During the three days of this meditation and yoga retreat at the pristine farm of Napmajor, among trees and next to the pool, we will guide our attention to what is really here, and investigate how we can become kinder to ourselves. Through mindful movement, vinyasa yoga, deep relaxation and guided meditation sessions, we’ll peel layers off ourselves — perhaps starting to let go of old ways of thinking.

Please aim to arrive between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Friday and leave by 17:30 on Sunday, Budapest time.
A large farm with a traditional house and a swimming pool in Ladánybene, about one hour away from Hungary.
During this meditation and yoga retreat, you will stay at the farm of Napmajor Farm in Ladánybene, about one hour away from Budapest. The farm is surrounded by a large forest, has a gorgeous yoga practice space and a heated pool for your use. It’s also equipped with a sauna for your relaxation.
You can stay in one of the shared rooms or choose to bring your tent. Instead of high-end accommodation, picture a friendly, cosy space with lots of trees and quietude.
How to get there
You can reach Nap Major in Ladánybene in about one hour by car. You can also take a bus from Népliget, Budapest and get to the town in 1 hour 45 minutes, then walk to the farm.

The retreat serves delicious vegan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Snacks and fruits during the day will be provided, as well as tea and coffee. The first day starts with a late lunch and the last day ends with lunch too.
*Dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior arrangement at an extra cost.

Registration and cancellation policy
The meditation and yoga retreat takes place with at least 6 and maximum 12 participants. To ensure health and safety, most activities take place outdoors. We observe a high level of hygiene and ask that you use your own mat and if you can, bring your blanket/yoga block for practice, and regularly wash your hands with soap.
As retreat spots are limited, you can ensure your place by paying the entire sum of the retreat. Cancellation is fully refundable until 21 days ahead of the retreat. For cancellations between 20-10 days before the retreat, we keep a cancellation fee of 20,000 HUF (50 EUR). Within 10 days of the retreat, there are no refunds.

What is aquacontact?
It is like a moving meditation and subtle massage practiced in water. Anyone can participate in it; you will be guided by a certified facilitator (Niki, Napmajor’s owner) who takes you on a journey of floating, dance and stillness in a pool. As the water surrounds the body, you may feel embraced, supported and weightless.

I think the aqua contact was fantastic. It’s hard to put into words but it was such a unique experience of mindfulness. Niki was a trusting guide throughout this process.

Aquacontact can be very helpful in relieving stress and anxiety both on a physical and mental level, and arriving at wholeness and rejuvenation. You can book sessions with Niki at an extra cost.
