I’ve been regularly doing yoga since 2006 and love the fact that the dynamic and at times strenuous asana practice makes me feel strong, calm and balanced – both in body and mind. Shifting away from my career as a journalist, I want you to be able to experience the joy that a regular practice of asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation brings about. I teach ashtanga vinyasa-based classes with a goal to test our limits while being gentle when that’s what seems right.
