Yoga and Meditation Half-Day Retreat – Hybrid

Embark on a journey of self-discovery and compassion with our half-day retreat, “Towards Self-Kindness with RAIN.” We will delve into the powerful RAIN meditation technique, guiding you to Recognize, Allow, Investigate, and Nurture your inner landscape, supported by yoga, journaling, breathing techniques and deep relaxation. Through mindfulness and self-compassion, discover the path to greater emotional well-being and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and others around you.

I continue to suffer, stumbling around in stories of discontent, until I catch myself, and stop, and allow myself to know, and deeply feel, that I am frightened or confused or disappointed or angry or tired or ashamed or sad—that “I’m in pain!” Then my own good heart, out of compassion, takes care of me.
