  • I’ve been exploring mindful movement and meditation for nearly 20 years, and it’s the foundation of my teaching. My guiding principles are empathy, kindness, and connection, values that I strive to infuse into every session.
  • Whether you are new student of meditation and yoga in Budapest or have many years of practice, there’s a warm welcome awaiting you. I maintain a “beginner’s mind,” so don’t hesitate to ask questions. I’ll offer a variety of yoga pose options and meditation approaches to ensure accessibility for everyone.
  • In my classes, all cues are offered as invitations, not obligations. You are the guardian of your own body-mind. In addition, I encourage you to make adjustments and modifications that feel right for you.
  • While I thrive in group settings, I’m equally at ease working one-on-one and enjoy the challenges of corporate classes.
  • I hold certifications as a yoga and mindfulness meditation instructor and take a trauma-informed approach. I aim to foster a safe and inclusive environment.
