summer yoga retreat cover
Imagine a weekend where you can simply be, supported by pure nature, water and your yoga practice.
After experiencing physical isolation and lots of unknowns, we invite you to come out and get curious about the open space, about water and re-ground at a wonderful farmhouse in eastern Hungary.
What may have transpired for many of us recently is that we need connection, we need each other as much as to grow within ourselves.
The main goal of this summer yoga retreat led by two facilitators is togetherness, and shedding some of the heaviness we may have been carrying. We aim to reconnect to ourselves, become weightless in water, and to replenish ourselves through community, yoga and meditation.
While observing the main hygiene rules to keep ourselves safe, we offer you a safe space to nourish yourself.
From 199 EUR, including room and board.
If you would love to join but are facing genuine financial difficulties, please get in touch and we will try to find a solution.
Book in advance as the places are limited to 10 people.
Your spot is secured by paying the entire amount.*

A large farm with a traditional house and a swimming pool in Ladánybene, about one hour away from Hungary.
What is aquacontact?
It is like a moving meditation and subtle massage practiced in water. Anyone can participate in it; you will be guided by a certified facilitator who takes you on a journey of floating, dance and stillness in a pool. As the water surrounds the body, you may feel embraced, supported and weightless, and present.
Aquacontact can be very helpful in relieving stress and anxiety both on a physical and mental level, and arriving at wholeness and rejuvenation.

Eszter Farkas loves immersive experiences where we can observe ourselves as reflections of each other, and to dive into the soul. She teaches vinyasa yoga with a focus on creating space in the body-mind, and invites people to listen deeply. As an instructor of acroyoga and practitioner of Thai yoga massage, she is intrigued by what lies beyond the body’s many layers.
Niki Majoros is known for her healing touch and large smile. She has been practicing massage, thai chi, yoga and meditation for 20 years and led summer camps for children, focussed around water and healing. As the owner of Nap Major and a certified aquacontact facilitator, she introduces us to the playful and nourishing aspect of water.
