Through practicing vinyasa yoga, we allow each movement to follow the inhales and the exhales. We learn how to soften and strengthen at the same time. Leave feeling centered and rejuvenated. All-levels tailored yoga classes in English in Budapest every Tuesday and Thursday from 19:15 to 20:45. A drop-in fee is 2500HUF and there are passes available.
Yin yoga helps to release tension in the fascia (web of connective tissues), to keep bones, joints and ligaments health. It is practiced by holding a pose for between 2-5 minutes at a time. All-levels vinyasa yoga classes are held in English every other Thursday from 19:15 to 20:45, a drop-in fee is 2500HUF and there are passes available.
If you have a busy schedule, prefer to practice during the day or simply need a bit more personalized attention, Eszter will gladly work with you. Get in touch and tell her a bit about your motivation and what you would like to focus on, and how often for how long you would like to practice. She will get back to you within 48 hours.

Acroyoga

Acroyoga comprises the grace and awareness of yoga, the power of acrobatics and dance, and has therapeutic elements like that of Thai massage. It enhances trust and communication and lets us find our inner playfulness.
During our acroyoga workshops and courses, we will explore giving and receiving weight, finding our center and lift each other up by learning key partner- and acroyoga poses.
As we progress, you will be given time to make shapes that YOU like in creative processes and experience co-creating with others. We will also learn and practice Thai yoga massage techniques to relax the body and tune into the subtle layers of our entire being.
In most workshops, all are welcome and no partner is necessary. However, some courses do have prerequisites, please check the descriptions.
